Know Reeny, the Personal AI Assistant

Built and trained a conversational AI assistant that answers questions about my professional profile for recruiters and site visitors, in both French and English. Handles job-description matching, redirects off-topic or sensitive questions, and stays consistently in-character with strict guardrails.

PM Copilot, Product Documentation Assistant

An AI workflow that generates PRDs, INVEST-compliant user stories, and QA-ready acceptance criteria from a simple feature idea, customer problem, and business goal, plus a general PM Q&A mode for ad hoc questions.

Navigating Complexity in HealthTech

At Heegee, I wore Product Owner, Scrum Master, Product Manager and Tester hats. I worked closely with medical experts, developers, and designers to align on features, unblock teams, and keep user needs at the center, even when scope changed mid-sprint.

Bridging Teams and Priorities

Whether it was user research or backlog grooming, my goal was to keep communication clear and priorities aligned. I facilitated retros, refined stories, and built roadmaps that actually got used.

From Data to Direction

In both my internship and later roles, I worked on dashboards and business insights, not just reporting, but helping teams understand what to act on. Data analysis tools helped, but so did asking the right questions.

New domain? New tools? No problem. Across roles, I got up to speed quickly, whether it was adapting to ICICI’s regulatory context or understanding UX feedback in a HealthTech app.
