In every role I’ve had — whether in India’s largest private bank or a remote French HealthTech startup — I didn’t just execute tasks. I built systems, decoded ambiguity, and earned trust to deliver real outcomes. Below, I’ve unpacked not my roles, but the missions I led.
Instead of job titles and tasks, here’s a glimpse of the real work I did and what I learned from it:
At Heegee, I wore Product Owner, Scrum Master, Product Manager and Tester hats. I worked closely with medical experts, developers, and designers to align on features, unblock teams, and keep user needs at the center — even when scope changed mid-sprint.
Whether it was user research or backlog grooming, my goal was to keep communication clear and priorities aligned. I facilitated retros, refined stories, and built roadmaps that actually got used.
In both my internship and later roles, I worked on dashboards and business insights — not just reporting, but helping teams understand what to act on. Data analysis tools helped, but so did asking the right questions.
New domain? New tools? No problem. Across roles, I got up to speed quickly, whether it was adapting to ICICI’s regulatory context or understanding UX feedback in a HealthTech app.
